Functionality for Time of Day forwarding and for office closed based on database entries.
The customer can easily select the work hours for each weekday and choose a custom action for each of the defined events. In this script we play a welcome message if the office is closed. The message also identifies extensions that the customer can dial. The script monitors for DTMF entry and based on the extension chosen, the call is either placed in a queue or an agent phone is called.
